New Keho Garmin Sync

Your Garmin, in Apple Health and beyond

Activities, sleep stages and all-day heart rate from Garmin Connect, in Apple Health. Plus your overnight HRV for readiness, statistics and plans, on your iPhone.

Choose your movement

Garmin and Apple Health

Your whole Garmin day, where your iPhone can use it.

Your Garmin records your nights and days in detail. Keho Garmin Sync brings that detail into Apple Health, then turns it into a clear verdict each morning.

Keho reads Apple Health, so it already sees what Garmin Connect shares there. With Keho Garmin Sync it gets the rest: sleep stages and all-day heart rate in Apple Health, every activity with its route and heart rate, and your overnight HRV for readiness. Keho compares your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and training load with your own baseline and tells you each morning whether to push or ease off.

The same data feeds statistics for every sport, heart-rate zones with your time in Zone 2, training load and form, and Keho Coach plans for running, cycling and yoga that adapt to your recovery. There is no Keho account; everything is calculated on your iPhone.

  • Every activity

Runs, rides, swims and more, with route and heart rate, written to Apple Health.

  • Sleep stages

Deep, light and REM sleep from your Garmin, night by night, for sleep debt and regularity in Keho.

  • Heart rate and HRV

All-day heart rate in Apple Health, and your overnight HRV read for readiness, the signals the score is built from.

  • One place for everything

Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar and Strava data side by side in Apple Health, without duplicates.

Set up in three steps

  1. Connect Garmin Connect

In Keho, sign in to your Garmin account once. Nothing to install on the watch.

  2. Allow Apple Health

Choose which data Keho may write to Apple Health. You can change it any time in the Health app.

  3. Wake up to your verdict

After a few nights Keho knows your normal and shows your readiness every morning.

Structure

Recovery, understood

Recovery is how you come back stronger.

Wake up with a clearer sense of what your body needs. Keho turns the night into guidance you can trust.

  • Sleep in context, so one night never tells the whole story.
  • Overnight signals, so you can notice when your body needs more care.
  • Progress with room for rest. Because recovery is part of showing up.

Sleep debt -1.9 h vs your goal

Each bar is one night against your goal: short nights dip below the line, extra sleep banks above it. Nights without data are left out, never counted as debt. A little debt is normal. It settles with a few ordinary nights.

Privacy, built in

Your body is personal. Your data should be too.

Keho makes sense of your health data on your iPhone, not ours. You get the guidance you came for, without giving up what’s personal.

  • No account required. Start with your data, not another profile. There’s no Keho account to create.
  • Built for your iPhone. Your insights are created on the phone in your hand, where they belong.
  • You stay in control. Choose what Keho can use in Apple Health. Change your mind whenever you want.
  • Private by design. Your health data is not sent to Keho. There’s no health-data cloud to protect.

Talk to us
What does Keho Garmin Sync add to Garmin’s own Apple Health sharing?

Garmin Connect can share activities, steps, heart rate and sleep times with Apple Health. Keho Garmin Sync connects to Garmin Connect once and writes your activities with route and heart rate, sleep stages and all-day heart rate into Apple Health, so Keho and every other Health app can use them. Your overnight HRV stays in Keho for readiness: Garmin measures it as RMSSD, which is a different number from the SDNN Apple Health stores, so Keho keeps the two apart.

Do I need to change how I use my Garmin?

No. Keep wearing your watch and syncing it with Garmin Connect as you do today. Keho reads from your Garmin account in the background and writes to Apple Health without duplicating workouts that are already there.

Which Polar devices work?

Any device that syncs to a Polar account, including the Vantage, Pacer, Grit X, and Ignite families, Verity Sense, and H10 and H9 straps. Connect once through Polar’s official API. No pairing required.

Does my health data leave my phone?

No. Keho processes readiness and statistics on your iPhone. Your health data stays in Apple Health and local app storage; there is no Keho account or server holding your biometrics.

Will Keho import my old history?

Yes. Export your Polar history and Keho can bring in years of workouts, sleep, heart rate, routes, and more. The import runs entirely on your iPhone as part of Polar Sync.

How is this different from WHOOP or Oura?

Keho works with the devices you already use and keeps your health data on your phone. It gives you personal guidance and long-term perspective without asking you to buy another wearable.

Do I have to take out a subscription?

No. Core statistics are free forever. Keho Coach unlocks every running plan with a yearly subscription, and single plans can be bought one at a time. Polar Sync includes a free month, then offers a yearly plan or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown clearly in the app before you buy.

How does the sync keep running?

Connect once and Keho works quietly in the background when iOS allows, overnight and whenever you open the app. It is designed to keep Apple Health up to date without duplicate entries.

Is there an Android version?

Not today. Keho is built around Apple Health and on-device processing, so it is available for iPhone only.

Is the coaching medical advice?

No. Keho offers personal guidance from your own data. It is not a medical device or a replacement for clinical advice, and it stays quiet when there is not enough data to be confident.

Start today

Train with confidence. Starting tomorrow morning.

Download Keho, connect your watch, and wake up knowing what your body needs next. It’s personal, private, and ready when you are.
