Email support@coinlex.com. If you are writing about a sync problem, it helps enormously to say which Polar device you use, which data type is missing, and roughly when it last worked.
Please do not send us screenshots of your health data unless you want to — we can almost always help without seeing any of it, and we would rather not have it.
